Daniel discovered a great photo while visiting home recently; the Giunta family. They were a Sicilian farming family who emigrated to the Philadelphia area. This photo was taken at their South Jersey farm (date unknown, but we think sometime in the 1950s). The Giunta family farmed this land well into the 1980s, a hardworking and no-nonsense group who held family in the highest regard.
It was with this lineage in mind that our Giunta Series was created; un-fussy wines that are made to be shared with friends and family after a long day.
